This product is used for quick analysis of aluminum electrolyte sample. It can accurately determine the step-cooling curve and liquidus temperature of aluminum electrolyte,
then directly derive superheat value from electrolyte temperature. It is a very effective tool in monitoring electrolytic aluminum manufacturing process, controlling the lowest superheat, reducing energy consumption, stabilizing manufacturing process, improving electro-bath life, strengthening current
efficiency and so on.
The system uses touch screen user interface, it operates
simply, and it is easy to setup, use and adjust. Fully automated one-key operation is adopted in the testing process, featuring concise user interface, convenient operation, accurate measurement, and high automation.
System Structure
The system is composed of one set of monitoring and analysis software, one Industrial computer and four fully automated temperature-control stove (Including mechanical transmission system, high-speed sampling module, intelligent configuration software and I/O modules). It uses multi-level RS-485 field bus and module structure, the system has single stove starting/stopping function.
The system monitors the whole testing process, and has other functions including setting up testing parameters and data analysis.

The touch screen
The used interface is based on big touch screen, menu
style design is convenient for user to set parameters and
do other related operations, it also displays system
parameters such as operating status. The user can directly
check sample’s data such as temperature data curve,
aluminum electrolyte temperature, the liquidus temperature and so on.
According to manufacturing equirements, the displaying contents can be reconfigured, and add new displaying contents.
Analysis software
The analysis software is composed of following modules: the module to set up daily manufacturing data (sample serial number), the module to set up the stove parameters (stove body temperature, upper limit temperature, lower limit temperature, thermocouple deviation), the module to display testing curve (display each sample’s temperature curve and liquidus temperature point), and the module to do statistics and printing functions. The system also has data-base management function, the user can get historical testing data of any time for observation and analysis.
